ENROLMENT PROCEDURE

APGS AUDITIONS - APPLY NOW FOR 2027

Apply Now for Years 7鈥�11 at APGS

Students are invited to submit an Online Audition via video submission. Applications must be submitted by October 31.

At APGS, we believe that every individual has unique talents and qualities of character. Our audition process is designed to recognise and nurture these strengths.

Audition Process: entry to APGS is based on three components:

  • Application

  • Video Audition Submission

  • Interview, along with accompanying documents.

Performance Requirements: applicants are required to perform two contrasting pieces, each 1鈥�2 minutes in length, covering one or two of their chosen streams:

  • Dance

  • Drama

  • Music

  • Music Theatre

Visual Arts Applicants: students applying for Visual Arts are required to submit a portfolio of 8鈥�10 pieces of their own original work.

We look forward to seeing the creativity, dedication, and passion of each applicant.

STEP 1: Complete the Online Application Form
-$250 non-refundable application fee applies.
STEP 2: You will be contacted by APGS Admissions This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
-To send through the required supporting documentation.
-To send through two audition video submissions (or art portfolio)
STEP 3: Interview
-Complete an interview with the Head of School.
STEP 4: Outcome
-Audition outcomes will be sent out within 2 weeks of your childs audition.
-Applicants will be advised via email.
-$1,800 non-refundable acceptance fee applies.

 Supporting Documents

  • Copy of birth certificate
  • Copy of most recent academic reports
  • NAPLAN where available
  • medicare Immunisation History Statement (the school does not require C19 vaccination)
  • JPEG photo - for student file
  • One written character reference relating to the parent/guardian from suitable persons (such as teachers, neighbours, business acquaintances, friends or clients).

Audition Fees

Application Fee - $250

OR Scholarship Application Fee - $500

Enrolment Fees

Acceptance of Enrolment Fee  - $1,800

Refer to Schedule of Fees to view all Term & Annual Fees. 

Confirmation of Enrolment

After the interview and audition, your child may be offered a place at the School. In order to register your acceptance, you will be required to complete the Enrolment Agreement along with the payment of the non-refundable Enrolment fee of $1,800. Please note this one time payment is seperate from Term Fees.
